1. Tony Wai, MS卫劼，硕士

Tony Wai is currently CEO of SCMC Ltd., a Shanghai based company specialized in world-class Supply Chain Management Training and Consulting service to multinational companies. In addition to general management and overseeing key projects, he is acting as China chief representative for the Supply Chain Resource Consortium (SCRC), in addition to authoring an "English-Chinese bidirectional Dictionary for Purchasing and Supply Chain Management".

Mr. Wai is very active in promoting sourcing and supply chain professional development. He is editor in chief of the SCM Club newsletter "SCM eXpress", and writer for ISM's new "CPSM Study Guide". He is also founder and chairman of the SCM Club, a global networking platform for supply chain management professionals with activities in Shanghai, Beijing, SuzhouChina and Silicon Valley, US.

Mr. Wai has extensive background in management, entrepreneurship and professional practice. Prior to SCMC, he held position as Managing Director of Core Solutions (Shanghai) Ltd., a global software consulting firm specialized in SCM and enterprise solutions; and Founder and CEO of Crystal eTech Ltd., an e-business Software Company pioneered the online transaction process in Hong Kong. Mr. Wai spent many years in consulting for world-wide supply chain management practice and restructuring before he went to Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was with IBM's prestigious T.J. Watson Research Center and Advanced Workstation Division, and Advanced Workstation Division, New York, involved in managing design, development and outsource manufacturing project for sophisticated computer products.

Mr. Wai obtained his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, New York, USA. He spent 20 years in the US, and equal amount of time in China and Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese, and very familiar with both Chinese and Western business cultures.

Mr. Buczynski has over 30 years of key leadership roles with large and medium size corporations. His responsibilities covered eProcurement, Corporate Procurement, Operations, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, Logistics, Supplier Quality Assurance and Information Systems Implementation. He has successfully implemented new Strategic Sourcing activities, Purchasing Card, and Supplier Alliance programs. He is currently acting COO of Pioneer Electronics, while taking a teaching role as Adjunct Professor at ShenzhenUniversity and a consulting role at SCMC.

Accomplishments

Mr. Buczynski's accomplishments include articles and commentary in national publications. He continues to teach professional development courses while affiliated with the Institute of Supply Management (ISM), and has conducted many seminars and courses for the American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS), University of Southern California at Los Angeles (UCLA), and the University of California, Hayward. Mr. Buczynski is recognized as a subject matter expert in Strategic Sourcing, Internet Purchasing Systems, Negotiations, Procurement contracts and urchasing Card programs, providing professional purchasing classes and sourcing information to many multi-national corporate customers.

Walter is a well balanced practitioner and training consultant. He has been working and teaching in China since 2003, and has developed a good understanding of the local sourcing culture.
